Targeted Growth Coaching
For individuals ready to work on conflict, communication, feedback, and self-limiting beliefs. These sessions help you uncover and shift self-sabotaging behaviors and align how you show up with who you want to be at work and at home.
On-Demand Coaching (“Office Hours”)
Available in blocks of 4 hours (eight, 30-minute sessions) for when life or work gets real, fast. Blocks can be used by managers of managers, midcareer leaders, or individual contributors and can be applied to one person or shared across a team or department.
Each pathway is tailored to your needs, blending structured growth with the flexibility to adapt as your world changes.
How the Coaching Process Works

Duration and Frequency
Most coaching relationships last 6+ months, with sessions every 1 to 3 weeks. Sessions are 30 to 90 minutes and can be virtual or in-person. This cadence gives you the space to navigate real transitions in real time and begin your own reinvention with support.

Tools and Assessments
We use targeted assessments and reflective practices to deepen self-awareness and guide growth through moments of transition, uncertainty, and reinvention.

Accountability and Support
Between sessions, your coach acts as a thinking partner and accountability ally, helping you stay focused on what matters most and supporting you as you move through the inner work of change.
