Our coaches engage your audience of any size by curating small group conversations… the longer the session, the more peer engagement we can generate. Every session over 45 minutes ends with a minimum of a call to action and an accountability partner activity which ensures that the connections made during our session will continue long after the session ends.

Our founder Christy Uffelman is passionate about speaking and engaging audiences of all sizes. Her speaking availability is often limited, so inquire early in your planning process. In addition to leading EDGE, building new PEER Technology® programming with our instructional design team, or challenging cohorts with clients across the country, she is always working on her own wholehearted life. Living this work means prioritizing time with family and friends, and always layering in plenty of “whitespace” to stay inspired and creative.

Dare to Lead™ Certified Programming
This 24-hour program is an empirically based courage-building program based on the most significant findings from Dr. Brené Brown’s latest research.
Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston who spent the past two decades studying vulnerability and empathy, and most recently completed a seven-year study across on courageous leadership.
The most significant finding is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

This courage-building work is foundational in all of our PEER Technology® group coaching programs. The full Dare to Lead ™ Program can also be delivered as a certification process both in person or virtual and when it is done in its entirety, is most often spread across 8 three-hour sessions.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour experience will become a part of the global Dare to Lead™ trained community of leaders with a certificate of completion and a professional LinkedIn badge.
EDGE Leadership Solutions has several Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators creating opportunities to develop these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching with individuals, teams, and organizations.
